Giving Within is owned and operated by Tania Bakas, Reiki Master and Certified Reflexologist. We are located in beautiful North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Our goal is to provide the warm, friendly and tranquil environment that will promote deep healing from within and ultimate relaxation.
We offer Usui Reiki Healing and Advanced Reflexology treatments.

Greetings to all,
I am pleased to
announce that I am now offering Reiki &
Reflexology sessions to new clients again!
The family business responsibilities have
eased up and I can now dedicate some of my
time towards my passion :)
Still only
working part time - I offer sessions on
Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.
Will also be
posting Reiki Class Schedules in the near
future!
