| Reiki Healing Session (1 Hour) |

During your Reiki session you will be resting on a Reiki table fully clothed, shoes removed. You will be covered with a light blanket to keep warm and we proceed with the Reiki treatment. Reiki is a very gentle treatment that may involve some light contact or placing of hands slightly above the body. Reiki flows through the hands of your Reiki practitioner and into your energy system (the aura). This induces a deep state of relaxation and often feels like a subtle current of energy running throughout the body. You will usually feel intense heat coming out of the practitioner's hands, which is quite soothing.

Reflexology Services

| Reflexology Treatment (1 Hour) |

A Reflexology treatment starts by resting on a massage table or chair. A natural oil is used (coconut, olive or grapeseed oil). We begin with a foot massage that prepares the feet for the reflexology treatment. We then proceed by applying pressure on points of the feet (reflex points) which correspond to specific areas of the body. By stimulating the reflex points, the internal healing mechanism of the body is activated.

| Environmental Cleansing |

Environmental Cleansing is a process that shifts negative vibrations out of the space being cleansed and replaces the undesired energy with positive higher vibrations. The result is a significantly lighter feeling room, a space that is filled with positivity, love and creative energy. This method can be particularly helpful for new tenants or landlords that wish to start fresh in a previously occupied space, real estate agents that are having trouble selling certain spaces and office managers that deal with employee tension and stress. The time required to complete a cleansing session will depend on the size of the space.
